I had taken my 2010 Cadillac here because my brake lines had broke. These guys were absolutely amazing. They totally went over my car. Some rotors and brake pads had to be replaced as well as the brake line. When they took it out for a test drive one of the rear bearings was gone. Jeff kept me posted on everything. It was very nice the way they do things there. Everything was done by text. Meaning I could approve or I could decline any work that Iwanted done.That was amazing because it wasn’t hit and missed phone calls. I haven’t driven my car a lot since but I am very happy with what they have done. I also believe they were pretty reasonable. Would I recommend them absolutely! They were wonderful. Jeff even did a follow up. To me that is the best customer service. I should also say I had only ever taken my car to a GMC dealer so originally I was a little hesitant taking my car elsewhere. These guys sold me on their work. Whenever I need anything else done these are my guys. After all the amazing work that this wonderful automotive company did for me I decided to sell my cadi months later. I took it in to have an MTO certification. These guys even gave me a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait. Talk about the best customer service. My cadi passed perfectly. I honestly cannot believe how quick and how efficient these guys are. That is twice now I have been there for their services. I will definitely be returning there In the future. I love local!! Each time I've needed a repair it's in and out with quality, local service! And did I mention the tech?! No more playing phone tag with shops...this is 21st century communication! Texts and emails...you can see what needs to be done, quoted a price, and you can sign off without needing to get "a hold" of someone! You do it on your time. I highly recommend TSA for all your automotive needs!!

Very thorough inspection of my 98 Mustang to diagnose misfire. Corrected the issue and then I had them conduct another repair while it was in. I felt the repairs were reasonable in price ( who doesn't want them a little cheaper :), and done quickly and efficiently. Happy motoring these days. It's running great. Oh, I appreciated that they kept me informed with texts, photos and videos of problems and repairs.

Called in for an alignment on my 2012 Ford Escape. They booked me in for a same day alignment procedure, which is absolutely appreciated. The cost of an alignment was $140, which is the going rate currently. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and seems to be well run. As well the shop owner, Jason, speaks nicely to his employees and seems to treat them well. As a customer, that is nice to see. I do my work and maintenance on my own vehicles, but if I need an alignment again, I will certainly be back

After 5 years of prepaid maintenance at Ford, ended up having an issue arise and Tech Savvy team was able to take me in same day and get my issue resolved. I really like their system where you can see the report and approve work to be done instead of them just telling you what's wrong. Was able to look up the issue and verify online the approximate price and if it should be fixed which I found them trustworthy and competitive for pricing. They offer a cozy waiting room with hot and cold beverages and some timbits or offer a drive home service if you are expecting a longer wait. I definitely suggest checking out this family owned business.

Brought my dodge charger in for a tune up. Spark plugs, a couple censors and a faulty cooler. Savys text message system, makes the experience in seeing the work they are doing. Even contains a short video clip of them preforming the test with pictures of failed parts to know you are not getting ripped off. A great description of the work being done. and the guy behind the desk was very honest. With telling me the work that needed to be done to fix the specific problem , and the work that is RECOMMENDED to go along with the fix. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer and suggest you to friends and family. Great job guys

I can only echo what everyone else has been saying about Tech Savvy. I was sent to them by Des, the manager at Mr.Transmission, who recommended them as being the best in town .Just a wonderful shop,. Honest, straightforward and efficient. They are absolutely upfront about everything, and they got my van back to me well before the time they had promised it, with no unpleasant surprises on the bill. Can't say enough good words. And once more, I have to say what a great group of people work at Tech Savvy. I took my old van in to have them assess it as to what was needed soon, what was needed in a couple of months, and what would probably strand me at the side of the road, watching the poor old thing going up in flames. It was a long list, and I finally just said, "Do it all." That's how much I trust them. And once again, great communication, and attention to detail, and they got it back to me sooner than promised. And 4 days later I got a call asking me how things were going with it, and was I happy? When was the last time a repair shop did that for you? Just wonderful folks.

I recently installed aftermarket suspension and brake lines on my older truck. It desperately needed a wheel alignment and a brake fluid flush. My truck is much wider than normal and I had a very hard time finding a shop that can accommodate me. Lots of shops in Brantford but I can guarantee that most of them are unprofessional and not worth going to. Tech Savvy's customer service is top notch. They offer frequent updates and communication, through text and phone calls. They provide lots of pictures throughout the service and a list of options of the work you want done. They also offer a safe vehicle drop off and pick up process if they're closed. It's my second visit here and I had a great experience. They will even show you their concerns on your vehicle in person. There's nothing to hide and honesty seems hard to find nowadays. I work on my own vehicles when I can to get by but Tech Savvy uses the best brand name tools and equipment in the industry. I have to admit the service was not cheap. But it's honestly, you get what you pay for.
