Brought my dodge charger in for a tune up. Spark plugs, a couple censors and a faulty cooler. Savys text message system, makes the experience in seeing the work they are doing. Even contains a short video clip of them preforming the test with pictures of failed parts to know you are not getting ripped off. A great description of the work being done. and the guy behind the desk was very honest. With telling me the work that needed to be done to fix the specific problem , and the work that is RECOMMENDED to go along with the fix. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer and suggest you to friends and family. Great job guys

The only shop my Terrain has ever been to over 10 years. First with Szabos and now with Techsavvy. The service is first rate, the front office staff always make you feel welcome and the mechanics are top notch. This will continue to be the only shop I’ll use for my maintenance requirements. Five stars for sure.

I can only echo what everyone else has been saying about Tech Savvy. I was sent to them by Des, the manager at Mr.Transmission, who recommended them as being the best in town .Just a wonderful shop,. Honest, straightforward and efficient. They are absolutely upfront about everything, and they got my van back to me well before the time they had promised it, with no unpleasant surprises on the bill. Can't say enough good words. And once more, I have to say what a great group of people work at Tech Savvy. I took my old van in to have them assess it as to what was needed soon, what was needed in a couple of months, and what would probably strand me at the side of the road, watching the poor old thing going up in flames. It was a long list, and I finally just said, "Do it all." That's how much I trust them. And once again, great communication, and attention to detail, and they got it back to me sooner than promised. And 4 days later I got a call asking me how things were going with it, and was I happy? When was the last time a repair shop did that for you? Just wonderful folks.

I recently installed aftermarket suspension and brake lines on my older truck. It desperately needed a wheel alignment and a brake fluid flush. My truck is much wider than normal and I had a very hard time finding a shop that can accommodate me. Lots of shops in Brantford but I can guarantee that most of them are unprofessional and not worth going to. Tech Savvy's customer service is top notch. They offer frequent updates and communication, through text and phone calls. They provide lots of pictures throughout the service and a list of options of the work you want done. They also offer a safe vehicle drop off and pick up process if they're closed. It's my second visit here and I had a great experience. They will even show you their concerns on your vehicle in person. There's nothing to hide and honesty seems hard to find nowadays. I work on my own vehicles when I can to get by but Tech Savvy uses the best brand name tools and equipment in the industry. I have to admit the service was not cheap. But it's honestly, you get what you pay for.

I want to start by saying I am ABSOLUTELY blown away by the service Tech Savvy Automotive provides!!! It may sound far fetched but I never met such Honest Mechanics! Even overhearing their conversations of other cars they were working on, I was amazed to hear how they TRULY do abide by "treat others the way you want to be treated". When I contacted them, I was skeptical (as I usually am with mechanics, having serviced in other areas), but they were so thorough in showing which parts needed fixing with actual videos of the issues sent to my phone! They only showed me issues that I myself knew of and no hidden surprises. Usually at mechanics I also get surprise fees - At Tech Savvy they gave me surprise discounts, that I actually cried (feeling the love of God)!!! Absolutely AMAZED! To top it off, they gave me a loaned vehicle so I could drive back home while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced that day! Weeks later, I got a follow-up call asking if everything was alright with the vehicle (no other mechanic has done that). I did mention there was another issue that needed to be taken care of and they were right on it to serve. I am currently getting it serviced and got a drive back to my place from Carol. I trust that the vehicle will be repaired! I am in awe, and so grateful this auto shop was referred to me as I DEFINATELY will be referring Tech Savvy to others!!! (I would give them more stars if I could)

I had never been to tech savvy. I had called about getting my cams changed on my dodge journey as the motor was ready to fail. Jason gave me details as to what needed to be replaced with pictures and how much it would cost. Jason suggested that I go with a used motor as it would be better in the long run and it would be better money spent. We had swapped the motor and after communicating my concerns to Jason we had come to a resolution that fit his business and myself. He speaks in a clear easy way that let's you understand what needs to be done. His main concern is to service your vehicle and satisfaction to his customers. That's exactly what I got from tech savvy. Satisfaction and I love my car again. I had also brought him my set of tires that nobody else could balance and he got them balanced. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking to have there vehicles serviced right at a fair price. A great shop with great people. Thanks Jason. I'll see you again.

I’ve had my car for 10 years now, in that 10 years I’ve all original maintenance. I’ve maintained the inner workings that I could and made sure that the car aesthetically looks great. This year 2023.I have come across a lot. More instances where my car is had to be in the mechanics. I was referred to Techsavvy Automotive bye a gentleman at the transmission place. He said they should be able to assist you because the issue related to my vehicle at the time was not transmission related.. I took my car to Techsavvy and met with Jason, the owner who did an assessment to figure out things and came back to me with one of the issues that had been played in my vehicle at that time, not only was his diagnosis, correct he was able to help me out with some of the cost as it didn’t require the higher level of diagnostic saving me a few bucks. This is an amazing place to take your car without a doubt I have acquired so much faith in Jason and his team to hopefully get me onto the road safe versus a lot of other places I’ve taken my car to. Not only would I recommend this mechanics as the best place in Branford I would venture to say that I will be making sure that I hand out business cards and let others know of the amazing service and quality of parts used by the Techsavvy team. I have neighbours and friends who are always looking for a great and trustworthy mechanic and I can put this team, organization and mechanic at the top of the list. As my kids get older and start requiring mechanic services, I will definitely be telling him to take the car to Techsavvy. The only shame, as I can only get five stars.

Great service at this shop. They say what they are going to do and then do what they say (I've been there 3 times now). They also have excellent communication whether it's through email, text or in person. To top it off, it was raining when I dropped off my car and they asked if I needed a ride to work.
