This was my first time going to Tech Savvy, recommended by a friend, and I could not have asked for better service. Took my 2021 F150 Diesel in for maintenance, and they provided a comprehensive report for review on items that needed immediate attention and items not needing immediate repair but will in the future. The price was fair for a reputable shop and the service was fantastic.

Highly recommend Tech Savvy Automotive. After several visits to other shops to resolve a suspension noise issue with our Volvo XC60 we brought it to Tech Savvy. What really impressed me was that it wasn’t just a plain oil change service—it included a full service (for the price of an oil change). They also gave me a thorough walkthrough of my vehicle, sending photos and detailed notes straight to my phone showing everything they had checked and looked over. I have been taking my 2016 Honda Pilot to Tech Savvy since I bought it in February. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and service I receive every time I have come. All of the gentlemen at the front counter are kind, respectful and knowledgeable. It is very hard to find a reliable and trustworthy place to take a vehicle, but Tech Savvy exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend them to everyone I know, and will continue to use their services! To add, the report you get back after an oil change is in such detail. It is great to know everything gets checked properly each time.

I had taken my 2010 Cadillac here because my brake lines had broke. These guys were absolutely amazing. They totally went over my car. Some rotors and brake pads had to be replaced as well as the brake line. When they took it out for a test drive one of the rear bearings was gone. Jeff kept me posted on everything. It was very nice the way they do things there. Everything was done by text. Meaning I could approve or I could decline any work that Iwanted done.That was amazing because it wasn’t hit and missed phone calls. I haven’t driven my car a lot since but I am very happy with what they have done. I also believe they were pretty reasonable. Would I recommend them absolutely! They were wonderful. Jeff even did a follow up. To me that is the best customer service. I should also say I had only ever taken my car to a GMC dealer so originally I was a little hesitant taking my car elsewhere. These guys sold me on their work. Whenever I need anything else done these are my guys. After all the amazing work that this wonderful automotive company did for me I decided to sell my cadi months later. I took it in to have an MTO certification. These guys even gave me a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait. Talk about the best customer service. My cadi passed perfectly. I honestly cannot believe how quick and how efficient these guys are. That is twice now I have been there for their services. I will definitely be returning there In the future. I love local!! Each time I've needed a repair it's in and out with quality, local service! And did I mention the tech?! No more playing phone tag with shops...this is 21st century communication! Texts and emails...you can see what needs to be done, quoted a price, and you can sign off without needing to get "a hold" of someone! You do it on your time. I highly recommend TSA for all your automotive needs!!

Very thorough inspection of my 98 Mustang to diagnose misfire. Corrected the issue and then I had them conduct another repair while it was in. I felt the repairs were reasonable in price ( who doesn't want them a little cheaper :), and done quickly and efficiently. Happy motoring these days. It's running great. Oh, I appreciated that they kept me informed with texts, photos and videos of problems and repairs.
