I can only echo what everyone else has been saying about Tech Savvy. I was sent to them by Des, the manager at Mr.Transmission, who recommended them as being the best in town .Just a wonderful shop,. Honest, straightforward and efficient. They are absolutely upfront about everything, and they got my van back to me well before the time they had promised it, with no unpleasant surprises on the bill. Can't say enough good words.

I had never been to tech savvy. I had called about getting my cams changed on my dodge journey as the motor was ready to fail. Jason gave me details as to what needed to be replaced with pictures and how much it would cost. Jason suggested that I go with a used motor as it would be better in the long run and it would be better money spent. We had swapped the motor and after communicating my concerns to Jason we had come to a resolution that fit his business and myself. He speaks in a clear easy way that let's you understand what needs to be done. His main concern is to service your vehicle and satisfaction to his customers. That's exactly what I got from tech savvy. Satisfaction and I love my car again. I had also brought him my set of tires that nobody else could balance and he got them balanced. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking to have there vehicles serviced right at a fair price. A great shop with great people. Thanks Jason. I'll see you again.

I’ve had my car for 10 years now, in that 10 years I’ve all original maintenance. I’ve maintained the inner workings that I could and made sure that the car aesthetically looks great. This year 2023.I have come across a lot. More instances where my car is had to be in the mechanics. I was referred to Techsavvy Automotive bye a gentleman at the transmission place. He said they should be able to assist you because the issue related to my vehicle at the time was not transmission related.. I took my car to Techsavvy and met with Jason, the owner who did an assessment to figure out things and came back to me with one of the issues that had been played in my vehicle at that time, not only was his diagnosis, correct he was able to help me out with some of the cost as it didn’t require the higher level of diagnostic saving me a few bucks. This is an amazing place to take your car without a doubt I have acquired so much faith in Jason and his team to hopefully get me onto the road safe versus a lot of other places I’ve taken my car to. Not only would I recommend this mechanics as the best place in Branford I would venture to say that I will be making sure that I hand out business cards and let others know of the amazing service and quality of parts used by the Techsavvy team. I have neighbours and friends who are always looking for a great and trustworthy mechanic and I can put this team, organization and mechanic at the top of the list. As my kids get older and start requiring mechanic services, I will definitely be telling him to take the car to Techsavvy. The only shame, as I can only get five stars.

Great service at this shop. They say what they are going to do and then do what they say (I've been there 3 times now). They also have excellent communication whether it's through email, text or in person. To top it off, it was raining when I dropped off my car and they asked if I needed a ride to work. Great job guys...keep up the great service. I almost forget to mention, the prices are reasonable.

I have been a customer of this business for years now. When the name changed/new owner took over I was initially very concerned. I trusted the old owners and having had not great experiences with some mechanics in the past, I was nervous when the business changed hands. I can 100% say that my fears were unfounded. Tech Savvy is a GREAT place for auto repairs/auto service. They have consistently exceeded my expectations of what an auto service shop should be. They are kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. They will tell you what should be done to your vehicle and will advise if repairs should be completed immediately vs. those that are not as urgent. Their prices are fair and the final price has always matched the initial estimate. If I have a question about my vehicles I know that I can contact them and they will explain things in a way that I (who is not a "car person" at all) can understand. I recommend Tech Savvy to anyone who says they are looking for a good, trustworthy auto shop.
